Our Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally considered final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please read the details below carefully before buying.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • The file you received is corrupted or unreadable and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 3 business days.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
  • You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after downloading the file.
  • You purchased the wrong title and the file has already been downloaded.
  • Your device is incompatible with the file format (please check compatibility before purchasing).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date. Include your order confirmation number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2–3 business days.

Cancellations

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, orders cannot be cancelled once the transaction is complete. If you have not yet received your download link, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
